Worth thirty seconds before you write to us, because each of these is fixed from your own dashboard.
The change is there, but the live site has not moved
AI changes wait for you to publish them. The count beside Publish shows how many changes are waiting, and pressing the button sends them live together.
A page is missing from the live site
Check the page is enabled rather than disabled or in the trash: a disabled page stays in your dashboard and is deliberately kept off the internet. Pages, then the row menu, then Enable, and then publish.
The site is showing a notice instead of your pages
On a free site, that usually means it has passed this month’s page views or data served. The notice comes down at the start of the next month or when you choose Pro in Billing. A zero credit balance pauses AI editing instead; the site and its content remain available in the dashboard.
