Let's get it working.

Start with the three things that are usually the answer. If none of them is it, the documentation is thorough and a person reads every message.

Usually this

Three things that explain most of it.

Worth thirty seconds before you write to us — each of these is fixed from your own dashboard.

The change is there, but the live site has not moved

Everything the AI writes is a draft. The top bar has a Publish button with a count beside it — that count is how many things are waiting. Press it and the whole site goes out at once.

A page is missing from the live site

Check the page is enabled rather than disabled or in the trash: a disabled page stays in your dashboard and is deliberately kept off the internet. Pages, then the row menu, then Enable — and publish.

The site is showing a notice instead of your pages

That usually means the credits ran out. Keeping a site online costs a few credits a day, and a site at zero is suspended rather than deleted — top it up in Billing and it comes straight back.

Documentation

Every screen, written down.

How editing works, what the AI can and cannot change, pages and addresses, forms, files, publishing, domains and credits — in plain language rather than in jargon.

Still stuck

Write to us.

Tell us what you expected and what happened instead, and the address of the site if it has one. A person reads all of it — there is no ticket queue and no bot in front of us.
